We’re excited to introduce The Residence at St. Peter’s Referral Program—a simple way to help individuals find a safe, supportive living environment while earning a $1,500 referral fee!
*To receive the incentive, the referral must be a resident at the Residence at St. Peter’s for at least 60 days.
How it Works
1. Refer a Potential Resident – If you know someone in need of a welcoming, fully staffed residence with meals, medication management, 24/7 staff and recreation, send them our way!
2. They Sign a Lease – If your referral results in a successful move-in, they’ll gain a wonderful new home.
3. You Get Rewarded – Upon lease signing, you’ll receive a $1,500 referral bonus as our thank-you for helping connect someone with our community.

Who We Are
The Residence at St. Peter’s is a warm, close-knit community designed for independent seniors seeking the comfort and connection of a family-like atmosphere. Nestled on the grounds of St. Peter the Apostle Church in River Edge, NJ, this inviting residence has been home to 23 seniors since opening its doors in 2013.
Developed and managed by Building Communities, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to transforming vacant properties for meaningful social impact, The Residence offers many of the supportive services found in assisted living—while maintaining the independence of its residents. It operates under a Class C boarding house license, blending personalized care with the feel of home in a nurturing and faith-connected setting.
